Codee Myers, Support Staff

As an ongoing member of our support staff, Codee works to assist clients with any questions, needs or concerns they may have. She enjoys greeting patients who walk through the doors and strives to make their visits enjoyable. 

Codee has her own business in Sport and Mental Performance Psychology.  As a mental performance coach, she assists athletes through performance barriers such as performance anxiety, lack of confidence, return from injury, etc. Codee practices through Intuitive Health & Performance which is located to the side of Birchwood Wellness. She also coaches high school girls' basketball at Ankeny High School. She is grateful for how both coaching roles benefit the other. 

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, enjoying time at the Lake of the Ozarks, spoiling her nephew, Maddox, and her two doodles, Scout and Buxton Loo.
